1 cup fresh or frozen berries
1⁄2 cup each vanilla Greek yogurt and whipped cream
Toppings (optional): espresso shots, fresh mint
- Cut brownies into 12 squares (or see tip). Place in 12 stemless wine glasses.
- Spoon pudding on top.
- In a bowl, fold yogurt and whipped cream together.
- Spoon over pudding and top with berries. Sprinkle with topper.
- Pour hot espresso shots on top and garnish with fresh mint, if desired.

For a rich coffee flavour, add 1–2 tsp instant coffee granules and 2 tbsp cocoa to pudding mix while preparing. For a darker, richer flavour, add in 1 tbsp Cocoa Acai Smoothie Booster.
