Serve with grilled white fish and seasonal vegetables.
4 cups cooked whole-wheat pasta, your choice
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup white wine
2 cupsVegetable Broth, prepared
- Preheat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add oil and swirl to coat pan. Add mushrooms, cooking until golden brown.
- Sprinkle Caesar Dressing Seasoning over all and stir. Add wine and Vegetable Bouillon. Simmer until sauce is slightly thickened.
- Pour sauce over pasta. Toss to coat and serve.
